ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes begins on 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 1/1/2008 is currently scheduled to end at 11:59 PM EST on 12/31/2008. The sponsors or administrators reserve the right to discontinue this event at any time without prior notice. Entry is limited to one entry per person/email/household. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America, and Canada who have reached the age of 18 years. Regions where residents are ineligible include Puerto Rico, Québec and any additional areas where this event is phohibited by law. Employees of Iiosys and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entrants must have Internet access as of 1/1/2008.

HOW TO ENTER
Follow the instructions at http://www.iiosys.com/tivo to complete the Sweepstakes registration form to receive one (1) entry. All entrants will also receive one (1) issue of sponsor's free e-mail list, with no obligation to continue. Entry must be received by 12/31/2008 11:59PM EST to qualify for entry into the Sweepstakes. No other method of entry will be accepted. Proof of online entry or of posting does not constitute proof of delivery. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZES
There will be (1) prize package awarded for this promotion. 1 winner will receive a TiVo DVR model TCD649080 and 1 certificate for 1 year of TiVo service. (ARV of prize package: $300.00 USD) Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received.

Approximate retail value of all prizes is $300.00 USD. All taxes and all other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash. Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION
All winners will be selected for all prizes by an electronic random process from among all eligible entries. Winners may be notified by email and/or telephone or postal mail. In the event that a winner cannot be notified within 10 days after notification attempt, or if a winner fails to comply with any requirement of these Official Rules then that winner's prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of Winners' acceptance of prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By completing the online entry form, entrant is agreeing to be notified by e-mail or phone if he/she is chosen as a Potential Winner in the Sweepstakes. Each entrant is responsible for assuring the accuracy of their contact information. Canadian winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question as a condition of receiving the prize.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the independent judging organization which are final on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, whose courts shall have non exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising. RELEASE
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally releases and holds harmless Iiosys, Sponsors, and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and its advertising, and promotional agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption, use or misuse of any prize won, except to the extent that this release may be limited by applicable law.

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor, any telephone network, service providers, Iiosys.com are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes among all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
